Denizde 1 Hafta is a yacht charter company, established in 2017. The fleet covers a range of boats and budgets, from a quiet week on the water to a larger voyage for a group. Routes run through the Aegean and the Mediterranean, including Göcek, Fethiye, Marmaris, Bodrum, and Kaş, and on to Meis, Kos, and Rhodes.

The trip is arranged around the traveler. The team handles the boat, the route, and the details of the week. Before the new platform, almost all of that coordination sat in phone calls and email.

Bookings ran through those calls and email chains. The site showed only a handful of boats. It did not show the destinations, the photos of a yacht, or the price by season. Staff could not add a boat, or mark one as reserved, without someone else changing the page. A traveler could not compare boats and ask to book without a long exchange. Matching a week, a coast, a group size, and a budget to a free boat was done by hand.

Prome Solutions built the charter platform.

The site shows the fleet, the route, the photos, and the price by season. A traveler can move from the coast they want to the boat, and ask to book from that page. In the admin, the team adds a yacht, its gallery, the seasonal price, and the reservation. When a boat is taken for a week, the record shows it. A new destination can be added when the fleet starts sailing there.

The AI reads the request: the week, the coast, the number of guests, and the budget. It matches that to boats that are free, with the seasonal price, and puts the shortlist in front of the team. A person confirms the boat and the reservation.

Booking inquiries rose 50%.

The work of keeping the fleet and the reservations up to date fell 40%.
