Prome Solutions, LLC (“Prome Solutions”, “we”, “us”) is a Delaware limited liability company. Our address is 301 East Silver Fox Road, Newark, DE 19702, United States.
This policy explains what information we collect through promesolutions.com (the “site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It does not cover work we do for clients. Client engagements are governed by separate written agreements.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, you send us your name, company, work email, and optionally your website, plus what you choose to tell us about a workflow, the systems involved, the manual work today, and the outcome you want. If you email us or write to us in the chat window, we receive what you send.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and content delivery providers record standard request data when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the time of the request.
Analytics, when enabled. When product analytics is turned on for the site, it records the pages you view, how you interact with them, your browser and device type, the referring page, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. It does not run if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Linking your form details. When you submit the contact form successfully, and analytics or chat is running, we pass your name, email and company to those tools so that your visit and your inquiry are connected.
Booking a call. The “Book a discovery call” buttons open Cal.com in a new tab. If you book, Cal.com collects the details you enter and shares the booking with us.
How we use information
- To answer your inquiry, review the workflow you describe, and schedule calls.
- To prepare and discuss a possible engagement with you.
- To understand how the site is used and improve its content and design.
- To keep the site running, secure, and free of abuse.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as they are useful for the conversation, any resulting engagement, and our business records, and then delete them. Analytics and chat records are kept according to the settings of those tools. Our providers may keep server logs for their own operational periods.
Your choices
- To ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, email info@promesolutions.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
- Turn on Do Not Track in your browser and our analytics will not load.
- Block or clear cookies and site storage in your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy.
- You do not have to use the contact form or chat. You can email us instead.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we receive. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email info@promesolutions.com and we will delete it.
Where information is processed
We are based in the United States. Information you send us is processed in the United States and wherever our service providers operate.
Links to other sites
The site links to other services, including Cal.com, LinkedIn, Instagram, client websites, and AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google. Those services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our providers change. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
